Like a longitudinally cut pipe, it is placed horizontally in the bottom of the roof covering from which it collects water. The outer edge is curved, which, in addition to the decorative effect, also provides additional mechanical support. It is easy to assemble, easily forms the necessary drop for pouring water, fits into all exteriors. It is made of galvanized sheet, and additional protection is provided by optional plasticizing in colors from our offer.
Manufacturing technology
In order to offer the market an even better and better quality product, at the beginning of September 2015, we launched the latest model of the GASPARINI line for the production of horizontal gutters. It is a completely new machine of the last generation of the renowned Italian brand.
The nominal production capacity is 12, and the maximum is 30 m/min. Another novelty of this line is the lubrication of the sheet with a special emulsion that evaporates during production and leaves no traces.
The advantages of gutters made on this machine are multiple:
- Precision in manufacturing
- Ease of fitting (joints are almost perfect)
- Flexibility in dimensions (developed width: 280, 333 and 400 mm), up to 6m long
- Use of all materials (galvanized and colored sheet metal)
